Great reaction as always! If you’re looking to react to any character themes you’ve missed I would HIGHLY suggest E-102 Gamma’s theme from SA1. He’s a fan favorite who never appears outside this one game and his theme is one you can’t miss as a Sonic fan, honestly one of the most emotional stories in Sonic history

The only main themes from the Sonic Adventure duology you've missed are E-102 Gamma's theme, Tikal's theme, and Big the Cat's theme (Lazy Days ~ Livin' In Paradise). All of these songs only have one version, by the way. There is also a Shadow the Hedgehog remix of this song, called the Doc. Robeatnik Mix. I would love to watch you listen to all of these, if possible!

As premire chat said, the first track (in the video) is from Sonic Adventure 2, and the second one is from Sonic Adventure 1. In SA1 Eggman is pretty much just standard villain, so his theme isn't much more noteworthy than any of the other tracks in that game, though it does go hard. In SA2, however, Eggman is a playable character, same as Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles etc, so he gets lyrics there. Either way, both themes go *way* harder than I remember! Anyway, enjoy a copy+pasted request :D I think it'd be cool to see your reaction to the *first* vocal theme for a Sonic game, from 1993's Sonic CD (can you guess what at-the-time-brand-new technology they named the game after??) The track is actually different between America and Japan, but both are only a minute and a half long, so you wouldn't have much of a problem doing them both in one video. And, while there *are* Yesmen10 lyric videos for both, this game *also* comes with an animated intro video, which I think is a big part of the experience. The "Theme of Dr. Eggman" you reacted is from Sonic Adventure 1! In Adventure 2 Eggman has his own vocal theme because in that game he is aplayable character, while in SA1 he was the "main" antagonist of the game alongside Chaos, a new character introduced in Adventure 1, so the Adventure 1 version is more like a "Oh, there he is again, up to his usual stupid nonsense!", while the Adventure 2 version is more like "I am Eggman, I am the greatest scientific genius of the world and I am the best" E.G.G.M.A.N. has another version in Shadow the Hedgehog, the Robeatnik Mix Theme of Dr. Eggman has another version in a mobile game called Sonic at the Olympic Games (not to be confused with Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games), there is also a non-vocal remix of My Sweet Passion and Unknown from M.E. Amy and Knuckles themes from Adventure 1 There is also ANOTHER "Theme of Dr. Eggman" with that exact same title (but being a totally different song) from Sonic the Hedgehog (Sonic 06), this one just like the Adventure 1 has no vocals but it got really popular too just like E.G.G.M.A.N. and kinda became Eggman's main villain theme after that, being remixed and used again in Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Colors and used a lot as motifs in cutscenes for this 2 games too, this one unlike the Adventure 1 theme is more serious giving more the vibe of "Oh crap, it is this guy again, he's a manace."

Now that you have heard the Eggman themes from Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, I highly recommend listening to the Egg Dragon theme from Sonic Unleashed, it is one of the bosses of that game and they really gave it a great intensity with the music, It doesn't have lyrics but the instrumentalization is incredible

I remember playing the first theme after spending the weekend at my cousin's playing SA2 - tried to slow-walk out the room like a wrestling outro, and my cousin immediately turned it off, saying, "No. You don't get to leave to a soundtrack." Good times. The second theme reminds me of House of the Dead 2's soundtrack, oddly enough - maybe that was just a late 90's/early 2000's thing.

E.G.G.M.A.N is definatly the thrme most if us long time Sonic fans associate with the character, there is an official remix too called the "Doc. Robeatnix." from Shadow the Hedgehog's game. He has had other themes in later games but none came even half as close as being so momorable. Sonic Adventure 2 E.G.G.M.A.N was his theme when Eggman was at his chsracter peak. He blew up half the moon as a threat, evil laughed, held hostages, and is the only main game where he was PLAYABLE (not counting sonic r/drift/fighters/chronicals spin offs)

Love this theme and it's the one that's stuck with me all these years. SA2 probably has one of the best written Eggmans in the franchise if not THE best. most of the sega genesis games depicted Eggman is silly like 'haha look at this guy and his funny robots'. But SA2 eggman was serious, kinda badass and was not messing around.

Eggcellent! I'd be super down for the "Eggman's theme over the years" idea(Other notorious ones is the Shadow the Hedgehog remix of his SA2 theme, and his 2006 theme,that remains as his official one. His Aosth and movie themes are also great!), same goes for any other similar compilations, would be a great way for you to compare and analyze how different they are while still fitting of its ever-evolving characters! (My personal suggestion as always is Victor McKnight's trilogy of fan songs based on the Sonic movies.)

E.G.G.M.A.N. is iconic ! He is the Eggman ! And the theme you listened to afterwards is indeed the the OG from Sonic Adventure 1 ! He had boss themes in the Genesis games, but this is his first character theme i believe !
