I dont think that is about power level though. I forgot the exact chapter, but Seraphim Hancock had a crush on luffy when seeing him. There was a comment by Vegapunk about how the Seraphims seem to capture some memories/emotions from the originals. In that case, S-Hawk reaction to seeing Zoro kind of makes sense since the real Mihawk is pretty close with him.

We also don't fully know how Mihawk and Zoro's relationship is. Yes Mihawk trained him, but we don't fully know how much he cares about Zoro. But S-Hawk here seems more nervous of Zoro's strength as he doesn't smile at all when it seems like Zoro's beating him in the clash. The real Mihawk would enjoy facing someone equal or stronger than him as it'd finally be a real fight.
