Really nice review! Well done. Is it possible to share what needed calibration when you printed the bearing in the pre review video? Thanks again a lot for the honest review.

Thank you! Yes of course, so basically the bearing fused together slightly as there was not quite enough tolerance in the model to print with the default settings. So in the Z-Suite slicer, you are able to adjust some settings under the 'OFFSET' menu, 'CONTOUR OFFSET' and 'HOLES'. By tweaking those, I was able to effectively adjust the tolerance in the model so the bearing segments didn't fuse together.

good review and it looks good but on the high end side

Thanks for the comment, much appreciated! Yes it’s certainly a prosumer level printer, but I think anyone with a genuine need for more exotic materials would be very satisfied with this printer.

Thanks for a nice review. Have you experienced ‘build tray not seated properly’ error at the beginning of printing? It keeps happening to me. Usually Works after resuming (and rechecking the tray), but quite annoying.

You're welcome, thank you for the comment! I haven't had that error no, but then again, I've never removed the build tray since I've had it... Have you tried contacting Zortrax support? Perhaps they can shed some more light. If all else fails, could always try a different built plate in case something is misaligned with your current one.
