i have the Same camera. C190 The problem is, the App says OFFLINE when i use different internet. But works when im connected in the same internet of the camera. Do you know why and do you have a fix for that? Thanks, new subscriber.

estas camaras da ZOSI são uma porcaria, tive 3, uma delas deixou de reconhecer no dia seguinte, as outras duas instalada e a funcionar bem no início mas com o passar dos dias no exterior começam a ficar com riscas verticais e ficam todas vermelhas, não conseguem lidar com a luminosidade, a aplicação a maior parte das vezes não funciona e o wifi, se tiver a mais de 2 ou 3 metros do router não consegue apanhar rede, que dinheiro mais mal gasto. ZOSI cams are absolute crapp, i've owened 3 off them, one failled the day after, the other two don't work well under day light and anfter some days they get full of vertical lines and going red and after 3 months they are dead. wifi is a joke only works 2/ 3 meters away. The app is always freezing and it's very bad ZOSI never to buy again
