Thank you for sharing this video, Elmo. Like always, it was a great content. I think this video was slightly longer than usual was because you took time to showcase their cooking. Which is good! (and important for some). It's nice to see them preparing the food, what they use and a close-up on their stalls. I think this was what contributed to the length. And I believe it is totally fine. What's the point of rushing through? I must say, I didn't know about this place! I think this place is better than Hutong by the looks of it. Have yet to try. Their price point is definitely better than Hutong. Hutong is way overpriced. To a point that it's not worth it anymore, although the taste are all authentic. Keep up the good work, Elmo. Your videos are always done with great effort since the beginning, well explained, and good background/historical lead-up All the best to you, stay healthy and keep safe! Happy Chinese New Year, Kung Hei Fatt Choy !!! 🧧🧧🧧💰💰💰

@malaysiafood328 at Malaysia Food Village, just had our KL fried hokkien noodle, Ipoh chicken noodle soup and one chendol 👍🏻
We need more malaysian food court like this,authentic flavour, clean , well presented and reasonable price. It is time to level up.❤
@cheemengchoong11 ай бұрын
Malaysia Village food court in the middle of KL City. Interesting with all the essential gourmet food available right there for the urbanites. From Penang Prawn noodles, fried hokkien noodle, chicken rice ..... to Rojak and even Chendol with the spread of offerings at Malaysia Village is plentiful. The atmosphere at that place also resembles a usual food-court area and the utensils ( eg plates and bowls) also mimics what a food court would normally use. Great food ...Yatt Lau ! Mou Tak Deng !!! The introduction that Elmo made on the KL Scene in the 70's 80's or maybe 90's adds in a great "feel" especially on night entertainment areas like the Paddock, Tin Mines and memorable discotheque places to swing and sway the night away. Thank you for a great introduction to this Malaysia Village and it would be a great place to satisfy one's craze for Malaysian's food court essential food when one is at that area - having plenty of choice to choose. And lastly - I would say that the new equipment and software used to record, video and editing- the quality is not as good as the previous ones. Again- thanks Elmo for getting this interesting episode posted for us to view.

It seems to me it's an upscale food court, must try one day when I visit KL! Totally agree that food prices in many eateries are unreasonably high now, but what to do, we can spend less on other things but not food, sadly. It takes both courage and creativity to name after a food court by using our national laughing stock - "Malaysia boleh"! A black humor ought to be remembered in many years to come! What do you think, our "beloved" Tun M?

LOL most of us use Boleh Malaysia as an insult
@simplyme330611 ай бұрын
I have been there once through our cousin's recommendation. It's really good and the pricing is surprisingly reasonable as it is located in a higher-end location. Didn't know that Singapore's Malaysia Boleh is established by the same person. No wonder there seems to be similar look and feel to them. However taste wise, still KL's is best LOL

I totally agree on those kopitiam operators & hawkers on profiteering. Most only selling RM 6 a bowl during pre-COVID around Klang Valley, but it is RM 10 or more now. Mind you these establishment has no aircond & operating on subpar environment. It is really crazy & out of control, especially affecting those B40 & M40 patrons.

You r right vendors selling wantan mee at RM10 is definitely daylight robbery

Honestly I feel this episode is not that genuine as it is more like marketing for this food court as I do not feel the food is any interesting. The outside kopitiam food is more authentic. Please do not do this type of marketing for seemingly failing food court. It is not genuine. People or fans can feel it.

I live in that building where is located the food court and I eat there everyday, the place is very clean and the food in many stalls is decent and good. The price is s bit expensive because this is klcc area. Otherwise everything is perfect. The best thing is it's not crowded (expect for lunch) , but don't come there so I will have more space for myself 😅
