Hello Chelsea, Love that you can harvest now. I love that I never have to go to the grocery store for eggs either. I made a chocolate cake with zucchini too. in the peak of the season. I'm not a fan of zucchini bread but I admire the size of that zucchini, holy cow it's huge. Sounds like the camera man could have shredded that monster for Miss Chelsea 😆 great video.

Love zucchini bread it’s amazing! Those Frankin zucchini’s are the best we always shred the rest and put it in Ziploc bags and stick it in the freezer for the next time you make zucchini bread, that way it’s already to go. Blessings friends!
