Hi everyone, here I am back with a new video. Today I prepared a very fast pasta, made with zucchini and speck, to which I also added leek. A spoonful of robiola or Philadelphia to make it creamier. Here is the recipe: • 280 g of fusilli • 2 diced courgettes • about 40 g of leek • 120 g of speck in matches • salt and pepper • olive oil • 1 tablespoon robiola or Philadelphia 1/2 glass of white wine Method: boil enough salted water, then chop the leek, cut the speck into strips and cut the courgettes into cubes. In a pan put a round of oil, then the zucchini to soften. Over high heat, so they color faster, salt and pepper to taste. After 2-3 minutes, you can add the speck and drop the pasta. When the speck begins to take on color, you can add the leek, fry it for a few moments, then blend everything with the white wine. At this point, add the robiola and let it melt, if necessary by adding a little cooking water. Drain the pasta al dente, it will have to finish cooking in the sauce.
