Karen: I did this as a color along and I can tell you I appreciated watching you paint in the black background because it kept me going when I got discouraged. So please don’t do too much off camera - others can always fast forward if they don’t want to watch the whole thing. I colored the image first using Raffine pencils and then colored the background. Do you think it matters which order one does it?

Karen 💖. What a fabulous video and gorgeous finished picture! I use the same acrylic matte paint you do because it’s so inexpensive and perfect for color books or pdfs...when you asked us if we were bored yet I said to myself never I could watch you and Dede and anyone else paint backgrounds all day long, it’s just so relaxing, I love to paint them too for the same reason...like a child I laughed when the white paint came out with the a splat, the sound that will put children in a hysterical laugh lol. This picture would have taken me 2 days to finish, I don’t know how you do it! Thank you Karen 💖💖

Do you recommand thème please for a smal starter coloring ? An’t they quitte ok ? I use the Polychromos but they don’t seem to be as creemy ? They are a nice set of pencils there is 160 in the set, giving you a big selection of colors, as with all pencils it depends on the paper you are using them on. The paper in Kerby's books is wonderful for these pencils.
