I remember starting this game, I was a Bio-Engineer + 2hd Swordsman. On the server we had a few of us that for whatever reason hit harder than everyone else, also seemed like it was one from each class. I was the 2hd sword, there was a 1hd sword, a brawler, polearm, pistoleer etc and we all thought maybe our accounts had been "flagged" as jedi potential. Oh how little we knew. About 3 months later there was a quest and boom jedis everywhere. I had a Rancor and Malek (I think is what it was called, big preying mantis lookin thing) as my pets and between myself and my pets almost nothing stood a chance. Game was so good.

Hey dude, consider getting into Legends. It may not be the same as Pre CU, but it is definitely a good time. I look at it, like the video said, as a new game experience with nostalgia mixed in.

Might try selling some interesting mounts as well if people like them, I just have a lot of fun with the pet system. Im having a heckuva time crafting an enzyme extractor for the hudrolase enzyme. Any tips on what my lvl 90 munitions trader needs to build one? Or, How else would one manage to find hydrolase?

Thinking of getting into this game on this server, and I was actually reading about creature handling and the medic class. Do you have any info available on your build? I can find almost nothing online. Any advice on the best way to get started from scratch would be appreciated too. Should I level the crafter first and then the combat medic with creature handling? Or vice versa?

Kind of depends on which cereal you're playing on. Creature handler is from pretty combat upgrade and available on the basilisk server. it's not really new befriendly and you should probably kind of check out my original series from that server. Legends is with this video was made on and it's called NGE meaning new game experience. The profession it's called beastmaster here and is way different.

Love the video !!! I am trying to make pets at the moment. What are the elements you are putting in the experimentation process ? How do to it and what do I need ? I'm currently at the shop and noticed I need element processing canisters which I'm buying a crate of. Pretty sure I need centrifuge separation trays anything you can think of I need ? I have the isos, lyases and hydros.

How does *Legends* server stack up to the *Sentinels Republic* server?

Never played on that one. Legends usually has about 900 or so players logged in including multiple logins. Most I've ever seen is 1500 or so. It's very alive

I wish you would've enabled shadows and also used the ILM graphical improvements. That will make the game a lot more appealing to new or returning people. With those 2 enabled, the game hides the fact that it's from 2003 WAYY better.

I understand how people can judge games by graphics but I really don't like the way the game looks as much with ILM installed. Everything just feels darker and shadows bounce all over the place like graphic errors on my machine. The lighting can be really pretty sometimes but some textures like the inside of the star ports turn me off. Played with them on and off for a week after installing and reinstalling them and just decided I liked it way better without them.

@@zueljin yeah the ILM shader makes textures look better/a bit darker and in general newer. The shadows are bouncing regardless because of the game engine but it's not that noticeable and overall makes the game look a whole lot better. You should see the screen shots I can take, puts swtor to shame. Consider giving it a try for others to be more attracted, maybe ur not but I assure you Many new people will get way more attracted to the game looking 10 years younger. Good to see SWG videos regardless. Good vids. Keep it up!
