Merry Christmas Salty Summoners today's build: Magician Wasp Jarvan! Go mid, it's perfect for it, grab First Strike and Scorch (mana flow for more flag spam) grab ignite. Max out his flag alongside his Q (If you wanna max out the flag go for it, it has 80% AP scalling, his dragon strike shreds %armor so either way your Martial Cadence passive will still slap) Rush out Liandry's / Riftmaker, they're your key flag poking power, grab tear early which shall turn into a manamune. Now here's the kicker, after that get your Shojin as you complete manamune. The combination of rift + liandry's + shojin damage % increase in combat, will further increase everything in your kit, from Jarvan's passive, his Dragon strike and even his R alongside first strike + liandry's dot. Overall you throw flag and Q, then shield to slow them don't hit them right away, give it a second or two for all that % damage stack up. You'll have enough time to lay down a nasty auto + R and throw another flag right away. They don't expect the AP WASP Jarvan. Muramana adds extra damage to your skills as well.

Forgot to add, play like an absolute coward, stay back and just throw flags and flags and flags until the enemy is half down, and enraged tf out, so you can finish them out This deals a ton of EMOTIONAL DAMAGE as well.
