I mean there's still a lot of Japanese media: games, anime etc. that revolve around a theme of nuclear accident/war(or an allegory for it) and the aftermath of that, but Pokemon is first and foremost a kids game so yeah. With that said Uranium is still a great supplement to the official Pokemon releases, definitely the best Pokemon fan game out there.

This is an incredible pokerom, I've heard a lot of talk about this game but this video was the first I'd ever seen of it. Great story, you can tell a lot of effort went into the immersion as well with the scenes and i love the idea of the audience watching your battles in the elite 4 (take notes Nintendo!!). Very glad I gave this a chance, the only other pokerom I ever was immersed by was pokemon marble, which to my knowledge was never completed.

Some small corrections: Nuclear Pokémon only disobey you sometimes and you can actually purify them before the Pokémon League, not the postgame, and also there are 3 different pseudo legendary lines in this game (Laissure, Beliaddon and Yatagaryu) Also, if you say that the fossils of this game are nothing special, you've clearly never seen a Theriamp use a STAB Electric type Return Also also, I wouldn't recommend doing the postgame yet because it's not finished yet

This is a great game in terms of battles and story. In terms of the nuclear type, I think it works the same as shadow Pokemon in XD Gale of Darkness. I can see why it’s banned though

I've surprised you don't allow static encounters as sperate from the main one. That being said Seikamater carried me in my run back when i played this. Another really cool thing I wanna add is the quote the boss says before you fight Urayne at the end "Now I am become Death" which is a quote said by J Robert Oppenheimer, the architect of the atom bomb. It's such a cool detail.

Literally one of my favorite games, I only wish I could find this as a ds game tbh. Some of my favorite mons to use have been chainite, Brainoar, raptorch and it's evolution, seikamater, baariette, and frosthra, and leviathoa. Some of my honorable mentions were the slug dog thing you called biscuit, and pajay, who I thought looked too much like a digimon, and xenomite and it's evolution

Personal story time: I was grinding on some school projects will watch some lest play of the game on the side and they where grinding on the Theo fight that you can do many times. It’s a this time that it hit on me how good Theo music is. And it might be because of those memories of late nights grinding projects vibeing to the music, but I think that it’s my favorite Pokémon music ever. Also how cool is it that Theo as completely different team depending on his starter

@@ohandthefracking It´s not THAT crazy, Electruxo tanks some hits and a Surf probably oneshots it, and I mean Electruxo, not really MEGA Electruxo (which has Drizzle). And no having to reliable battle him at the gym isn´t locked to your starter neither, not sure how many of em you can catch before his gym, but for the tournament I´m thinking on at least 7 different Water types that WILL take an Extreme Speed (maybe 2) and oneshot it with Surf/Aqua Tail xd. I would say that it´s a decent sweeper for like the in-game but for competitive seems very mid to low, even with the Mega (I remember the thing being locked on Flame Impact (which is 65 Base Power, not 80) and Extreme Speed and then having 0 coverage options, heck there is this Dark type Quick Attack which is exclusive to Tanscure, Inflagetah could really have the move so it´s not too mid).
