For the people wondering how to customize shiny odds: select custom when starting a new game! After choosing your difficulty, you can adjust your shiny odds.

I just started playing this game, literally today. And I chose Zorua because it's my favorite pokemon. But a couple seconds later I started choking because it turns out my very first Zorua was shiny. Was not expecting it at all so it caught me completely off guard. And usually I have horrible luck. I wasn't even trying to shiny hunt

Recent one was a Luxio at the end of a shiny Electric Sandwich. Also two shiny Tadbulb to go along with them, I evolved one into Bellibolt. Also at 3:41 I think that was a shiny Scyther when you got Karrablast.

I don't know if anyone has already mentioned this but blitzles and zebstrikas sprites do actually have different colored stripes in their shiny variants, those are only visible in animated sprites though as it is only when the stripe glow that they show their color.

Having played this game for almost 50 days, I can tell you, you can indeed complete this game with all shinies. It's literally just Pokemon Emerald with all pokemon from Kanto to ONLY the Paldean Starters.

@@blob4750 You can't once you start the game. But once you start a new game you can choose the odds of how usual they spawn. It has No Shinies, Normal odds, High chance, Low chance and Very high chance.

Last shiny I found was a full odds Hisuian Zorua in Legends Arceus. I wasn't trying to shiny hunt or anything, I was just looking for one of em because I like the ghost/normal typing. First one I found was in one of the big ice holes in the snow region and I just sinped it with a pokeball. Didn't even notice it was a shiny until I caught it.

I made the mistake of trying to get the completed shiny regional Pokédex in generation 4 (Soul Silver, specifically), and the most recent shiny I’ve encountered was a random shiny- a Wooper. I wasn’t paying attention and accidentally killed it, so I’m sad about that. But, the most recently caught shiny is a Koffing. Thank god for Quick Balls.
