Have you tried using the microphone feature yet? That’s what I’m most interested in, to give instructions to my kids while they swim.

Worked really well with the microphone! Used two of these in the same lane but the issue we had is you cannot give instructions to multiple people easily...otherwise it worked well.

The first version had many issues with the antenna in the headset. Basically, they are charging us to be the guinea pigs. I suggest waiting to see if the newer versions work before sinking money into them.They need to do their R&D before releasing them. They still have not perfected the product.

Review was done 9 months ago...from along term use and durability. I don't mind spending 299 on swim headphones to listen to podcast and stream but I would expect it to last 2-3 year. Any thoughts.

So I have purchased two pairs - need to do a follow up review on Durability and such. Overall they are made of rubber composite and handle up well to chlorine. The battery is something I am concerned about. One of mine failed altogether and I had to get a replacement due to manufacturing defect :/

@@Alvinvmateo I got several, including exchanges when they broke during warranty period. Also waited 9 months or so for replacement, as I needed larger size, which is why they thought the first one broke. It's not reliable. Not ready for prime time yet, in my opinion. The zygo folks, I'm guessing, carefully monitor online discourse and curate the available reviews in their favor.

I've had these things since the beginning and I've had constant problems with connectivity. They're pretty much useless at this point. They are coming out with a second gen model so hopefully they will have fixed all of the problems but who knows. A LOT Of money for a lot of problems which sucks cuz when they work they ARE a game changer. Podcasts while swimming! Dreamy! :)

I bought one pair and after two swims the headphones would not connect to the transmitter. I got a replacement pair from zygo and they worked great for about 2 months, and then I got the same problem with connection issues. This must be a common issue because zygo support doesn't even ask questions and sends you a replacement asap. Not really convenient 🙄

i saw a guy using these headphones in swimming pool. I thought he said they used FM transmitter. The person in this video says they are bluetooth transmitter reciever.. I am wondering what makes these better than just getting a regular bluetooth bone conducting headset which cost about $80 or so. Your thoughts?

@@manp1039 phone to the transmitter is Bluetooth but from transmitter to headset is FM signal. Bluetooth doesn't work after 1-2 inches of water.

I am extremely frustrated with my zygo i charged the case with the headset overnight but when I got to the pool , it says I was only 10% charged on my headset... What makes it even more frustrating is that there is no customer support that you could talk to ! they give you email availabliity but no one checks their email Any suggestions

Strange - my battery did die and I should do a follow up video. They replaced the headset free of charge make sure you go through the website.

RUN, DO NOT WALK away from this product. It has a life about an hour between charges and I am now going on 2 months between them promising me a replacement charging case. Horrible customer service.

Interestingly enough - my battery died in one of my headsets. They are apparently sending a new one - more to come here. What was your experience like?

This doesn't tell you anything about how to use the product, which I can't figure out and Zygo doesn't tell. I don't need you to show how to take it out of the box, but how to use itl Lousy review. Not user friendly product.

Battery life is awful for the headphones. I only got 1hr 15 minutes on headphones and took forever to recharge

Can’t review on their site, so going elsewhere to warn people. The large headset doesn’t work. They even replaced mine 2 times before the warranty ended… and it just breaks after 4 months min. First headset worked for 10 swims. Second for about 6. Third for less than 3. Can’t use it an indoor pool. Can’t use it in a large pool. Have to dry it off after use. Can’t dive deep in the water. Can’t keep it in your car. Charger teeth easily break. Can’t order a single replacement part at a cheaper price. At $300, it’s a well advertised but underdeveloped and overpriced flimsy tech. But hey, maybe 2024 will be different!

I can’t even get this piece of shit to pair, can’t get the sound to play thru the headphones wtf!!!
