JB & BG go *_waaay_* back: late 60s. BG's band Moving Sidewalk was touring with Hendrix (Googlh it if you don't believe me) & he saw Beck -- & was blown away (!) by Beck's 100-watt Marshalls, which weren't yet available in the US. Beck called Jim Marshall & arranged for the 1st 110 volt Marshalls to be shipped for Billy.
