I'm American and even I'm unclear on how one is supposed to eat a caramel apple.

What kind of burger are they eating? Mine is about 80/20 and butter herb brushed. Dry hamburger is not nice. I shoot for steak flavor a toothless person would enjoy.

Root beer is what we traditionally what we use in our floats. S'mores are just too sweet but are eagerly consumed on camping trips. We love apple and pumpkin pie. Banana pudding too, if it's made right. Carmel apples are a favorite for Halloween and fall celebrations. I very much enjoyed your reactions 😂 Love you guys ❤ ✌️

Fun fact many birds eat several times their body weight in a day... so, "eat like a bird" doesn't always mean "eats very little".

I’ve never had or really even seen a Coke float on any menu. It’s always a root beer float and it’s iconic.

Not what I would call desserts....yes for the pies...but the other things are more of specialty foods.....carnival snacks. We have lots of delicious foods.

To be fair, you've been raised with lighter flavors while we were raised with strong ones. I think there's a wide variety you have not tried yet, like key lime pie (the best of puckery tart with a light sweetness that's got a sweet mereign or whipped cream), taffy candy (a sweet/salty chewy candy that's got a punch of flavor), fudge (enough said!), and so many other things. You might love biengnets (sp?), fresh-baked puff pastries dusted with powdered sugar, a ROOT BEER FLOAT (which is 1000x's better than a coke float. Coke is too sweet & doesn't work well with anything light, so the ice cream is 🤢.), or even blueberry pie, one of the best sweet-tart pies to have. There's many more that have been influenced from other countries and redefined (such as fruit cake or even apple streusel!). America takes what others teach us and try to put our own spin on it, which is why we have some epic cooks who are known for their experimentation. The other thing is that in some situations, cooks/bakers will try to use baked things in cooking rather than baking (such as beef Wellington), but could use the same pastry to make a classic sweet treat (cinnamon rolls -- you have GOT to try cinnamon rolls! You'll only need 1 to feed pairs, LOL). American food is punctuated by the stronger flavors and richer palate, which is part of the reason we're so meaty & hefty (and in many cases, yes, fat). Look forward to you guys trying more American goodies!

America actually has a big leftover culture, we have bigger portion sizes but we dont actually eat it all at once, we take it as something to eat later
