It looks to me like I have to sign it as the seller in three places.1a and then again, where I certify under penalty of perjury, I sign it as the seller and then again on line 2 which says I release the interest in the vehicle. Am I wrong about that and I only really need to sign it on 1a?

What exactly is the back side for?

My parents gave me there vehicle (CA) that I currently drive in a different state (AZ) I paid it off just now and the title came it has my mother and fathers name which says OR after there names so like (sally white OR bob white) do both people need to sign or just one? My mother passed recently. I just need to know how it works so I can take over the vehicle and get it registered in AZ under my name

If there is 2 owners on the title do we both have to sign it in that small space ?

Where do you check to see if there is an existing lien (loan) on the vehicle? Would that appear on the title?

What if the title's a fake or duplicate? How can you verify it's real? CA DMV doesn't have any online tool to look them up. Only way I heard is to get the bill of sale notarized at a bank or something, but what will they actually do if the repo guy shows up saying you don't own the car? Does the notary step in as a witness to the sale? But what if the seller faked their identity and vanished and now no one can be held accountable?

I could def see 600w flex panel being integrated into the roof of a Model Y/X…A small 800w inverter pushing to the battery. 10-12 miles per day just from parking outside is worth it imo. I think coupled with a bit of home charging ppl would pay a bit to have that integrated.

ya i have a DIY solar powered phev. flush mounted flexible panels, 2x 100w panels. i removed the roof antena and routed the wires through that hole and into the low voltage system. covered up the hole with a marine wire cap thing that i rivited to my roof and then filled with silicone. this was almost a year ago. I paid for my phev with cash so my insurance is 24$/mo (used to be 18 but they be schemin me bro), and i can do whatever i want to it and not care that im hurting the resell value on an amount that ive financed. im the only one I know of who practically extracts ev range through the straightforward to me strategy of offsetting low voltage loads. theres not enough roof realestate to pay for the fee of energizing the high voltage contactors anyways, and i figure i will live longer if i avoid high voltage dc. it gets me between 3-10 extra miles of range per day, but because its all diy I added a microinverter which backfeeds my homes utility meter lol, so theres more savings there. 2013 chevy volt, paid 6500$, its paid for itself in the past 18mo ive owned it. put ~40k miles on it, ~140k miles on the dash. epa ev range was 38 miles, currently getting 45-50 miles each way to and from work (170mile commute = 2 gal of gas per day). averaged 85 mpg since ive owned it. i made a long post on the chevy volt forums and included info about expanding the low voltage battery to 4kwh of lifepo4, but recently went to a small lightweight lifepo4 battery since im building removable range extenders. edit: omg after reading the roomtemp iq replies to ur video i should really make a video about this....

Question, are you able to drive the vehicle without a plate due to waiting for appointment at BMV and if so how would you recommend not getting pulled over every minute with not having a temporary plate?

Why are the cartons still on the corners makes it look like fake video :) And don't have cars have like a min charge that you won't reach with 1 panel? So the battery you have will charge and then the car charges on and off etc. Hope one day car batteries charge at lower wattage in future, so you don't need the in between battery

Go off manufacturer specifications for chain tensioning some will have you measure slack on the top of the swing arm (mostly dirt bikes) others will be off the bottom. More importantly torque the axel nut to spec a properly torqued nut or bolt shouldn’t back off. Also rotate the tire while measuring because chains dont always wear evenly.
