I can't believe how sad this song is, I remember being single but happy, enjoying this beautiful song without hurting myself but fast forward I met someone that I loved more than anything.. we broke up and I'm back here again with a very painful feeling in my chest, I know it's over, still I cling. I'm hoping there's still hope for me, I wanna be better, I'm still fighting but still feeling defeated and that's the most devastating realization, I don't know if I'm getting through this.

This song always reminds me of being an awkward teenager in 1988 when I first heard it, and wanting to find love.

Itś a wonderful song. I still remember listening to it while studying at the University. It is interesting how everything changed in a blink of an eye shut.
