Enjoyed the video. Please do more. It is a bit saddening to see so many blunders, but I look at it as though it was live. So many of the creative choices are truly baffling.

I have always hated this story to be honest, and it's not due to production issues, I also really dislike the script for the most part and the overall tone of the story. It always felt so incredibly silly to me, especially it's characterisation of the Daleks.

Chaps, did you know there is a real TV Dalek in a bookshop in Cecil Street, Charing Cross, London? It might be worth you checking it out?? (Tom Baker era I think) I’ve seen it & touched it 😜👍👌

Unfortunately it’s not a screenused Dalek. The owner has been told but refuses to believe it.

Shame that this video was made just a bit too early. The Mechanoids returned for the animated series "Time Lord Victorious: Daleks!" That can be watched free on this site. The Mechanoids were presented as a civilization of peaceful, emotion-having rivals to Daleks. Naturally, they were hostile to Daleks but were willing to work with the protagonist Daleks in the series to defeat a threat to both species. They're a really appreciated contrast to the Daleks, and even with them being antagonistic you still find yourself rooting for them over the Daleks.

The chase was brilliant. In fact Dr Who episodes were the best when in black and white. When they came out in colour, 95% of episodes looked like on earth, and became very dry and padded indeed. Bring back lost episodes!!!!!!!

~16:00 2 years later and this moment still lives in my head rent free. Just imagine all the "crowned variant Daleks" we'd have today if that crown had made it to broadcast in Planet! But for that matter, from a production standpoint, why's it there?! Did someone on the crew remember that Master Plan idea and implement it all those years later? Or is it a case of parallel evolution? Such a small innocuous detail that's been wrapped around my head all this time later.

Much improved from the last video from this channel - the previous one was very critical almost patronising in its approach to a low budget TV series from the 1960's - 405 lines and black and white transmission hide a lot of things that are obvious to today with today's technology.

About the Tardis being on a pavement that wasn't there in reality at this location. I don't know how the Tardis prop was moved into position but is it possible that it was manoeuvred into that location with a forklift? (Those bridges would have made a crane difficult to use.) If a forklift was used, the 'pavement' rostra could be there to disguise the gaps beneath the Tardis that the forklift would need to be able to lift it up again. Basically there to disguise the pallet they screwed on the bottom of the prop.

People give fans shit for "thinking harder than the writer did" about things, but I think it's clear that the writers very much were thinking this hard about their work, at least in this case.

Paradise Towers is the worst Classic Era Doctor Who episode ever made. The Chase was produced in the shows third season so it gets a pass (sort of). Paradise Towers is from season 24 (out of 26 seasons).....so there is NO Excuse for it.

Those are stories, not episodes. Season 24 had a host of extremely-well-known "excuses" for its problems.

Remarkable attention to detail. My only critique would be for you to render in 1080p (not 480p) If its a problem, I suggest you purchase Topaz Video Enhance which can make your 480 footage 1080. Your videos are worthy of HD : )
