meal prepping and planning saves me TONS of money each week because I'm not running out for a quick lunch or grabbing breakfast through the drive through on my way to work. Trust me--- being pregnant last year we spent so much more on groceries due to my food aversions and having to buy meals just one at a time so I LOVE now that we can go back to our weekly grocery budget!

Totally agree with you about cut green beans being so much better. Our family doesn't like the French cut.

I actually picked up 2 cans of French cut😢 (due to me gabbing to a neighbor who walked up to me) and sort of just using my peripheral vision😮… So .. the dog is getting a treat added to his food several times. … as they are good for him!..we will replace those 2 “oops cans” with cabbage cooked one day,slaw the next❤…I usually keep a head of fresh cabbage ,it is so good for us!

There was a sale on buy a pot roast, get one free.I requested 2 small ones ( only two of us)…I did the potatoe,carrots, onions on the bottom,beef broth from freezer and onion soup.Cooked it all night…Will be our main meal which we eat in the middle of the day,for a lighter supper we probably,will have a cup of bone broth and and a piece of fruit or a small raw spinach salad(Raw spinach was also a over from yesterday….I have never seen the advocado in the pouch is it pure advocado or does it have other stuff?…I do have some weird allergies to some preservatives or added ingredients. I love chobani zero ,I eat it plain but it in a protein smoothie,and make fresh berry( when on sale,) yogurt pudding like pops really good when I’m craving ice cream or a frozen treat🎉

Texture is different on the beans 🙃 as a kid I thought the french cut was fancy because my mom had a little machine that we would feed the fresh beans through for the french cut. It worked sort of like the elementary school pencil sharpeners. Feed the bean in and crank the handle

She’s just starting solids - we are doing a baby led weaning approach so she’s still just getting used to different textures.
