That town is pretty much a walking museum. The buildings don't get torn down, I think it's enforced by law, being an Unesco Herritage Site or something like that. Instead they are renovated and constantly converted. That's what makes it so fascinating, every building is literally many generations old. For example, that pie restaurant you went to used to be a pewter worker's house and workshop, and they kept the name - that's what "cositorarului" means (it's an archaism, that job doesn't exist anymore, but cositor=pewter). As for the food you had, it's pretty typical for the entire country, it's not exactly unique, but the mountain atmosphere definitely makes it better somehow, so good choice.

Finally someone with common shower sense! For years, I've been simply using a 1 gallon plastic bottle of water (leave it in the sun half the day, or if you need it warmer, heat 1/4 of it on a stove, then pour back in with the rest). Pour a small amount (1/4 gallon) over the head which then drops down to the body - enough to wet everything. Then lather up your whole body with soap, and drop some shampoo into your hair and spread it through. Then rinse out the shampoo with a small amount of water and use conditioner. Finally use the rest of the water -smartly and sparingly in little drips and drabs and starting again with the hair, and rinse off the whole body. I get COMPLETELY CLEAN for the cost of a gallon of water every time. Saves tons of space and money! Basically same idea as yours minus the Nalgene bottle step.

Странно слышать казашку которая говорит с американцами на русском🤣 с таким же успехом она могла сказать на китайском результат будет один и тот же : непонимание . Все это результат колониального прошлого ( СССР) когда со всеми неказахами требовалось говорить на русском

Nice video overall. I enjoy my sunset here sometimes. But now prices are up Plus we can not dine out every day here. This price of your dinner is just for one person now. So now is doubled. I dont think you tryed the right beer, since we have a lot. Tourist usually like them.

You did not compliment the salad. Usually tourist discribe how tasty is all at least for 3 to 5 minutes in appreciating and loving it. You could add oil and vineger to the salad as a dressing. Did you put garlic and a little vinegar to the soup? Its not that taisty with that.. You did not say how is taiste Bulgarian version of Musaka? Greek is with egg plants. You just mentioned two versions exist.

About the earthquake detector thingie, if it is surrounded in mystery, thin I guess it is not known how it worked - and if that ios nopt known, how do we know what it was? Is it not just a stone pillar - a bit like a steeple?

I have camped a LOT in my SUV. It worked great! I have my sleeping mat on one side and a long chain of cubes for storage on the other side. Additionally behind the front seats there is lots of space under where the back seats fold down.

I just saw this video. I do many road trips in my Subaru Forester with my pups. (Went from Oregon to Vermont and back this year.). I never worry about changing, I can do it right in front of someone using my Undress. Makes things so much easier than wriggling around inside the car

My friend and hike this trail back in June 2021. Arches national park but that was closed due the covid capacity. We went to canyon lands instead and started this trail around 10a. I had over 4l water and ran out maybe 3/4 of the way. My friend a way more experienced hiker kept going to get me a Gatorade. I sat under a tree to cool off. I started back up after an hour and the sun was a little lower. We finally caught up with each other and completed the rest of the trail. Instead of camping that night we got a room because I had never been so close to tapping out. This can be a dangerous trail think before you do. It's an inverted hill you hike down thinking all good then you have to climb out which we did at high noon. Smh.....I will hike this again to prove that I can do it without issue but definitely start earlier and maybe different month.

Not a lot of "touristy" stops??? There are over 50 museums and Art galleries with painitings by Picasso and Dali to name just 2. There are botanical gardens and parks; Markets and street Markets. There's a Palace; a Cathedral and basilicas; and yes Tavernas, bars and restaurants including Casa Botín, the oldest one in the world. Enjoy the food anf drink, but please don't say there isn't a lot more to Madrid to see and do.

You guys only went about a mile out of the way , its right about 11 miles even to Druid arch , Im getting ready to do this hike again this weekend for the 4th time . Its actually beaten me two of 3 times . Once from a knee injury and once from a hiking partner having chest pains , turned around . I hope this weekend I can push through cause its been about 10 years since I completed the whole thing . My feet are not what they used to be . 6 to 7 is usually my limit but I think I can push 11 , Ill hurt for sure LOL But it is with out a doubt the most beautiful hike in Utah .
