The beds are like that because it is cheaper, otherwise we have normal King size beds in our houses😂. I hope you will visit Sarajevo again and really have the opportunity to get to know the city and its history, which is much bigger than just the assassination of Franz Ferdinand. You haven't even tried ćevapi in Baščaršija, our best and most famous dish, that's a must. I hope to see you here again soon😀

Check out our Mostar video! We stayed for over 2 weeks and saw and ate as much as we could while we were there. Sarajevo was unfortunately just a short stop to fly out of Bosnia. We will be back some day. Thanks for watching!

@@SOSASATSUNRISE I saw the video and I'm glad you enjoyed Mostar. But believe me, when it comes to food, it can't be compared. Of course, each area adds its own flair, but the essence is in Sarajevo. Mostar is for the eyes, Sarajevo for the stomach👨🍳🥰

We are planning a similar destination balance between the Baltics and Balkans this April. Glad you guys are traveling and sharing it here. I used to take it for granted before we started our channel. Cheers to your channel. Keep it up. - Turtle and Bear

The Balkans can be frustrating to navigate sometimes. Balancing with the Baltics sounds like a great plan! It feels logical to travel in a straight line but we enjoy bouncing from one region to another much more. Keeps things interesting! Hope your travel and channel go well and most importantly have fun!

We try to not leave anything out. The one thing we do not show is the amount of research and planning that goes into each day we film. Research and planning is a lot of work and stress but it always pays off!

Love your videos. We travelled to Sarajevo about 15 years ago, the people were really friendly. Fascinating place given their (relatively) recent history.

Thank you so much! Did the city look a lot different than the small amount that we showed of Sarajevo? Although the war had been over for about 10 years, I could imagine the state in which cities and villages were in. While researching we learned much of Mostar had been rebuilt only within the last 15 years.

@@SOSASATSUNRISE the old town area looked identical. My wife tells me it was 20 years ago (scary) we went . It was to make a radio programme on the anniversary of the war ending. Memories were of the bullet holes in the buildings, the huge pretty newly dug graves for 19 and 20 year olds who were killed in the conflict. Such a waste of life, like Ukraine now. Keep traveling, we watch all your videos.

Nice! 🙂 1:00 That is highly doubtful - the facts are only spread by media outlets, citation needed. Also, there are no glaciers south of the Alps, it is not glacial water. And what about rivers in the Arctic? 3:25 Because the train traverses the Ivan mountain pass in switchbacks and over large bridges, the road does not (after your stop where you recorded this).

The Neretva River headwaters are in the Dinaric Alps and run through glaciers which is why it's so cold. You are right about the color. After further research it is copper in the rocks that changes the color of the water. But glacier water looks mighty similar!

@@SOSASATSUNRISE There are only a few tiny remains of glaciers in the Dinaric Alps and in the Pyrenees, the only glaciers in Europe to write home about are located in the Central-Western Alps, in the Arctic and in the Caucasus. The Neretva spring is located at 1100m elevation and looks that way because of the limestone-rich rock layers it runs through. 🙂 Btw. are you still planning on doing some KZbin content? 🙂
