I use it constantly. never have used any alternative...I'll have a bug here and there, but nothing insane...

Wiz white light bulb A67 E27 TW max 13 W White light only 2700k to 6500K. Best ever bulb for studing. 13 W spot on . Good lumens - about 1500 lumens. Much better then 9W. 9W is too dark for studing. At the morning I put it on 5500K or 5000 K which improves concentration according to research . In the late evening I put it on 4500K or 4000 K to not reduce melatonin secrerion in the body ( needed for sleep). Before sleep and after studing Input it on 2700K or night mode to relax. This is the only bulb I can do it - all the other companies make 9W or 11W which is to dark for studing . The one thing I love the mosr about the Wiz ( v2) app is the ability to choose white light Kelvin tempIt is a must !!! Every student should have this bulb. RGB is a gymic ; I am using the white light bulb not the RGB.

Can someone tell me what I need for my own setup ? I'd like to use lightbulbs and have them synced to the content on my tv. Would I need the bulbs, the bridge, and the syncbox ?

Why only Govee? Fancy LED Box has 4 HDMI ports, 3 of them input and one output and it supports 4K 120Hz. Make a video about Fancy box I think it will be interesting too

So basically none of the apps on your smart TV ...Prime Video, Netflix, Apple TV, Now TV, BBC iplayer, KZbin etc as well as over the air broadcasts like Freeview ...none of them will sync with the sync box. Does this make your smart TV ....a dumb TV? I'll wait till they make a version that syncs all output from any source via a video equivalent to HDMI ARC, because there is no way I'm going back to a dozen boxes and cable hell under my TV.

I recently discovered that the Philips gradient strip and sync box only work with HDMI input content, which means built-in TV apps won't be compatible-only external devices like a Fire TV Stick or Apple TV will work. It's surprising that Justin didn't mention this in his review.

This may be a silly question...but does your phone need to be connected to the same Wifi for this to work? I am looking to get some bulbs more for security reason, so that I can control them through my phone even if I may be in a different city.

Only works with SPECIFIC Samsung TV's be careful even if the TV is 2024. Samsung website says its only support on Samsung Smart TV models Q60 and above. Support may vary depending on region and model.
