As a 4w5 I love cultivating the feeling of equanamity through meditation! I totally had these break downs...😄it was kind of shameful, but I also had to laugh at myself by having so much pleasure in the past to suffer. Not taking yourself too seriously is maybe also a good way to cope with it. I'm also very relifed not to be the only one, who have seemingly such dramatic outbursts. I feel very inspired to find knew ways to react to pain in the future, thank you very much!

I watched this about 3yrs ago, and even now, this is still one of my favorite videos on KZbin. Even now, it's still a very good reminder. Thank you for putting this out and for letting it stay here, even if your focus is on something else now ❤❤❤

for everyone hard to accept themselves, be yourself is always the best and don't care of what others might say about your sexuality, and most importantly negative thinking will only bring you down you cannot move on or forward to life if you stay negative be positive, there's always positive in life even on negative situation, there's positive on it just look or seek for it ,and lastly just do what you think will make you confident about who you are as long as you are happy in a good way

This is exactly what I needed right now! I’ve showed your videos to all my loved ones. I’ve always considered you and Eli jaxon bear to be the best at describing the enneagram. Truly thank you for your uplifting spirit, time , dedication and true talent! What an absolute unexpected joy to see you back on KZbin even if only for a minute. You are my all time favorite because you put a positive spin and outlook on what has been an incredibly difficult personal journey for me. I’m a 4 as well and can’t thank you enough

The easiest way for me was writing with a pen. I write my prayers to Jesus, God. Give me time to think and permission to forget it because the feeling of security that I can go back to it. Also give me a chance to conversation with the All Mighty one. One needs to recognize Him. Read your Bible 😇

Type 4 are eccentric. A type 5 with a heavy 4 wing will have those characteristics. We need our alone time, because we need quiet time for our well being. So we can think, and create. You sound like a 5 coming up with your own theories, but you yet haven't grasped a true understanding of the true reasons and meaning of; why! We are the way we are.

When we are excited about something we talk in an enthusiastic way, because we are excited and passionate about it. When we usually remain silent. (Passion is the word here.)

Abraham Hicks actually says "all power is now" and continually talks about enjoying the present moment. Both teachings are the same. I also see a similarity with David Deida, who also emphasises presence. Another similarity with all 3 is the use of emotion; shining a light of awareness on emotion as opposed to attempting to push it away.

As someone who is an ENFP type 2, while the video has some good points, I actually didn't like it. It feels more like a rant than to actually wanting to help or understanding. There isn't much guidance in how to do selfcare or to affirm yourself. Regulating by yourself and not through other people ect. which would be actually helpful. A good portion is just ranting about unhealthy 2s you've met and becoming quiet intense at that too. Also you could have focussed on why we need connection. As a species we're interdependent, we need connection and unconditional love. Depression f.e. has disconnection from others and their surroundings as a big symptom. A lot of personality disorders happen, because parents didn't know how to love their children, had attachment issues or generational trauma themselfs and pass it on. A lot of 2s become therapists or health care workers, because a lot if us think deeply about these topics. You don't seem to understand us very well. Instead you focussed on the most unhealthy of us and made it sound like this is how we're normally wired. Sorry, but I'm diappointed in this video.
