I am facing same issue and I don’t use it much in the day usually an hour or two at a time. I’ve only had this phone for about 5 months and was extremely disappointed when this issue occurred. I’m regretting switching from Apple to Samsung :(

Nothing but issues with every flip/fold I’ve had from gen 3-5 and moved back to iPhone. I would say try both on the channel and compare/contrast.

Same kind of stuff happened with me . Within a month of very careful use but in my case inner screen is totally blacked out

After owning the Z fold 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.... I switched to the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and it just isn't as good, so I am back using a Z fold 6. It took me switching to the PIxel to understand why Samsung has chosen the form factor it has. I have a case with a kickstand, so that I can watch content anywhere.... this works really well due to the orientation of the fold 6. I could not find a stable stand/case for the PIxel without it being massively bulky. Plus DeX is still a killer feature for me, I use it as my mobile workstation when travelling for work. The overall features of the Samsung just show they're on 6th gen, when Google are on 2nd gen. I would say the Pixel is better phone, but the Z fold 6 is a better tablet and convergence device. The only thing I want them to add for the Z fold 7 is decent camera.

For me it's better to use classic dex mode. It's much prettier and feel more like laptop

your doing something wrong. i had the z fold 2, 3 and 6. none of these has broken. i still have the 2 and still works as my media player. my z fold 3 looked like it just come from factory before i traded for my z fold 6 and got 950 (50 was refunded back to my card) instead of 900 because of the condition of trade. dude, if you not good keeping your items in good condition, then a foldable is not for you. everyone also laughed at me for the cases that i have for my z folds. they are bulky and heavy, but my phone still looks like it come from the factory. before you ask, i use my z fold like a laptop for my IT and patient care business. i just checked my screen time, and i have about 11 hours and 26 min of screen on time. i carry 2 external batteries and a laptop dock for dex. so, in other words, i am a heavy user. so with the foldable use, you should not touch the screen as you fold, but the sides or frame ro fold. i thought that common sense, but maybe i was wrong. i follow this rule, my z fold 6 years (still works) and i ordered it the day it came out. could be it from Verizon they did not have the 1tb, so i have to order and pay for it out of my own pocket. i still love it. CANT WAIT FOR THE G FOLD (OR TRIFOLD). I WILL BE THE FIRST GET IT.

Lost a pair in Stockholm and bought another pair there. Hasn't been a year and they have stopped working. Left one is either quieter or no sound. recharge lights ok, recharges if left out of the case for a while, but no sound. Tried hard reset but hasn't worked to fix it.

Mine has display flickering issue with in one month of purchase and traded that off... so bad experience with it

Using Samsung galaxy book 2 with galaxy tab S9FE. It's second screen eco system feature for study purpose it is insane . And it's samsung note app is insane and good software experience.

My z fold 6 is going strong. Im waiting on the 7, and that phone will be my last upgrade as it is perfect for me.

The S25 ultra is a huge disappointment, in my opinion. Same old battery and charging No BT S-pen and so on. I did not upgrade. Ultra is not Ultra anymore. Other companies are killing samsung and 3 to 400 cheaper. ❤

I've had mine since it had come out and am starting to have problems now but none of what you said. Half my screen goes white on the bottom and the top half will go on like dark mode. Resetting the phone helped for like an hour then I updated the software and it worked good for like a day but it's happening again

Your crashes might be connected to putting the NVME in the x5 slot. Check for WHEA errors in Windows. If they exist and persist, you should either move the M2, or lower the PCI bandwidth to 4x and see if that helps (also disable ALL PCIe power management in Bios, like every single bit). It's an issue that persisted through Z690 and now Z790 (in my case Z790 stopped even recognizing my firecuda until I moved it to another slot). Gigabyte had issues, in my old mobo case they removed the whole PCIe 5 compatibility from their website vor the next version of the motherboard. I came to see the case, I really like it, although I'm unsure whether the top panel would work with really stuff HDMI cables.

I've had my Motorola Razr 2023 since it dropped and it has held up nicely. Still looks and works like the Day I unboxed it. I know the 1UI is awesome but Moto's my ux is pretty good I bet you would enjoy the Moto Razr. Anyway keep up the good work I really enjoy your content.

Still running on Fold 1 the original first gen one works gloriously. The issue with Flip is you must open it to use it, so in harsh enviroment you must expose it, whereas Fold can be used without unfolding it, and that helps to keep the display protected in harsh enviroments.
