guys here's my personal tip! so i don't make my routine it BUILD it, how? hear me out: set a weekly goal, for example, let's say you want to meditate before bed, set a goal to meditate for a week straight or 10 days straight, if you lose the streak, you start over, until you do it for a 7-10 days. now that you got used to your new habit, ADD it to you routine so for example your routine already had: ‐ skincare ‐ reading ‐ no phone for 1 hour before bed (you already achieved those goals d they were previously added to you routine) And NOW you add your new daily task: meditation. i found it a lot easier that way and it makes me feel mu h better about myself knowing that i actually DID achieve some goals rather than trying hard every day to achieve a bunch of goals. i hope it helped!
