Watched a video of Nick Willis training partners once and were saying how he often pulls out before end of sessions but they realised over time how he’d learnt to listen to his body and realised better to do for example 6/7 reps and be able train all week than force self to do the planned 10 reps and then be off for couple weeks

Nice work! Drink as many coffee's as you want so long as its an hour or 2 after you wake up and minimum of 6 hours before bedtime. Sleep when your kids sleep, they know when to sleep far better than adults! I loved an afternoon nap with my boys when they were about that age

Good breakdown. I don't recall hearing any mention about lottery funding or rather lack of. Seemed to me that they are arguably one or two athletes still on there who do not seem to be obviously better than you based on what happened this year.
