You and Glass, one of the best workout series I've seen. Yes, would love to see every workout you've done with Mr. Glass. I understand you have more than one workout per body part with him, all of those in groups would be fantastic...ie., every chest workout, every shoulder workout, every biceps and triceps workout, and so on.

I did the side laterals with cables today.....Such a difference in that little change of chest out and leading with the elbow. Crazy PUMP!!!! Charles is The Man !

Most guys I know including myself lag in lower body and it's leg day every day for me, the volume is hard to come by. It'd be nice to see what tweaks he has for even out our bodies rapidly.

I was stationed in Doha Kuwait and the owner of Hammer Strength had donated 2 of every piece of equipment Hammer made at the time to that facility. Man that was a good year for me. Hammer was some of the best equipment ever. Some pro football player had donated a semi truck load of York plates and bars. It was just a big metal warehouse but it was the best gym I have ever been in equipment wise.

I have some of the same lagging parts. Can you do a upper peck workout, soon followed by the sprinters legs routine? Btw you're page is dope. The weight cut makes you look naturally settled, not less muscular. Big ups!

There’s no need to do front raises because you build your front delta when you do your bench presses.

Im sticking to dumbell presses for shoulders. These lateral rsises are very hard to perfect especially the first exercice where the dumbells are behind u not doable for me. Not for everybody. I mean i can do it but not perfect form at all. And with 20lbs dumbells only

There is no way you are this advanced in your training and have never tried laterals this way. The starting point of those side laterals makes it near impossible to go heavy for any type of overload rithiit destroying your joints. It should be used light for a warm up only then do standard side laterals with your pinky slightly higher than your thumbs. Just like glass said.. you can only go so high. That's not from weakness.. it's bc you're putting your shoulders in a horrible position with those side laterals

Generally, when new people wake up, they fizzle up and light down pretty quickly. Don't do that otherwise nothing exists. You should know better.
