Love that shuffle on the C chord using the A and A# on the G string. Very Billy Gibbons and definitely going in my bag. Thanks.

If you know every note on the fretboard you will see all the chords, scales arpeggios etc.. knowing the notes is the key to understanding how the fretboard works..! I hope that helps you.!!

Good lesson When I was looking for an instructor years ago, I told them I want an instructor that can teach me how Hendrix put songs together. A few things about Hendrix. One, he played in the key of E a lot. Another, he played very appealing chord progressions. Almost all his song have a great chord progression. Yeah, amazing what he accomplished in 3 years. I guess some people are just gifted while most are not.

It’s not too high up on the fuzz - maybe 9 o’clock.. level about 2:00 o’clock or so.. guitar is rolled down to 7-8 or so as well.. the Marshall amp helps & the fuzz is super rare, it a Berkos ‘Germanium Experience’ fuzz.. great pedal if you can possibly find one..✌🏼

Soo... there's a mistake in the 3rd chord. The correct progression at the beginning is Gmi Eb D7 Ami7b5 D7. Then it changes and it becomes Gmi Eb Ami7b5 D7...

Yeah, it’s really something I realized after I posted this many years ago, always wanted to correct it, but never did get back to it.!?!! Yeah, I invert the Amin.7b5 (moving the b5 from the 6th fret A string up to the octave on the 4th fret of the B string..). 🎶🎶🎸🎶🎶.. maybe I’ll get a correction video up one day to show how I do it.!

Seguro que muchos de esos blancos que copian a Hendrix olvidan que era mestizo. Igual que muchos racistas olvidan que Jesucristo era judio. La interpretación, por otra parte, carece del espiritu de Jimi. Una mierda!!

This is probably one of the best lessons i could find for this song. Maybe its a tiny bit too fast but nothing going back 5 seconds cant solve. If only there was the full song as the main verse bit is played with a different spin on it after the chorus. Also i think the chorus can get played 2 different ways as you hear 2 different guitars in the studio version of it.
