I have 2 feet boyu bare bottom aquarium that has top filter. I just use sobo wave maker with calculated position installed that takes care of such cleaning the wastes automatically as shown in the above video. I use smart wifi switch to use it only for 15 mins to turn on the wave maker morning and evening. So that all wastes will be cleared from the bottom tank. And my bare bottom aquarium will be always clean as shown in the video
