London's underground is the most dirty and boring... Every station is the same, literally people get depressed.

*Next time you come visit to the US, you should come to Southern California. We've got our own version of the London Overground, that being Metrolink. Los Angeles County has Metro bus and rail, consisting of bus lines, 2 BRT, 2 Subway, and 4 Light Rail lines. Neighboring Orange County (My Residence in the north area) is run by OCTA, Full-blown bus lines, 1 tram line on the way. Not much, except for being rich in Rail History.*

Food looked delicious and the amenities/seat looked good. Always distressing if you are expected to travel cattle class with the smelly peasants 🤣🤣🤣

You couldn't have timed the release of this video any better for me. We're flying with Etihad in Business on the upper deck of the 380 to Singapore on Tuesday but from CDG in Paris, so I'd be interested to compare the experience. Cost of the flights were £3840 return for 2 when booked last year which I thought was quite reasonable. Thanks for posting your tour of the cabin!

I very much enjoy these videos - thanks for making them and sharing them. I have a question: as an ex-railwayman, I relate to much of the technology and the terminology you use, but I notice that I have yet to hear you say 'up' and 'down' for train services. Is that system of service identification used in the London system and if so, from where in the tube system is 'up' and 'down' identified from?

someone or something must have kick off about your cab videos it won't be the same without then but I hop u will be able to do them again soon but its London so I probably think u won't

At @1:15 aaahhhh did not have time to visit the lounge. At @3:53 Butternut Squash Soup sounded amazing. All four mains each sound delightful. At @4:20 the ceiling lighting in the digi cam looks like disco dance lights! 🥳 Nice flight film, thank you for bringing us along, Dale!

Hey Dale, thanks for another bird view video and have a peaceful and safe trip home. A few questions; When did you take this flight and how long did it last to arrive? Thanks again, i could never afford to travel in business class. At best i can hope for a cheap Ryanair flight. Since i broke my arm 2 yrs ago, i have a steel rod in my arm now and not sure i could pass security. All the best. 👍

I’m always fascinated by the underground, I’m from up north, so I come to London once a year. It’s very loud for my ears (I’m autistic) but I am always interested about the routes the drivers do and just what they do in general

Still waiting from the Piccadilly line mangers as to why they stopped these POV videos (or rather TfL did). TfL did say that they had sent my enquiry onto the Pic Managers since they were in a better position to explain things better in terms of orders from up above (they even acknowledged that Dale was a very popular and much respected employee) . This is down to TfL without a shadow of a doubt because drivers on all other lines were told not to make them anymore too. I will keep on pressing as to why it was fine one minute and not the next. They need to explain their decisions.

did not get that. they have to drive slower because of the bridges, because they are bigger.. I assume the trains and the bridges are the same size, no matter the speed.?????
@dalecharmantravels80573 күн бұрын
@@michaelandersen-kk4fc the underground train are all different sizes. The s stock is much larger than the Piccadilly line trains

@@dalecharmantravels8057 yes I know that, but different speedlimit, does not change the size of trains or bridges

I think I would have been using that face cloth to do a bit of deep cleaning😂😂 the areas around the seat controls looking particularly suspect 😮 You really would think they would take them out of service once in a while to do this but if it ain't flying it ain't earning I suppose 🙄 What did you think of the general standard of cleanliness?
