From my tests, gyroid is one of the weakest. Each layer is only attached on a diagonal, which is weaker, than just stacking the infill layers vertical.

best thing I started doing with my printer is stick religiously to 1-2 slicer templates per printer. Modify some settings but then reset all back to the baseline. It's super important to have a known good/safe profile to print from so that you can figure out if an issue you're having is the printer, the model, or the settings
