My status was changed to N1c, because of possible vascular involvement, even though there’s no tumor detected in my lymph nodes. They staged me as a stage 3, high risk. They want me to do 6 months of chemo, even though my surgeon said he was confident he removed all the colon that was affected. I’m not sure if I want to go through with the chemo. Especially 6 months of it.

Yes! Perhaps it's not completely clear but the slide is referring to the timing of the surgery - 'after' here means the surgery is 'after' neoadjuvant therapy - not that neoadjuvant therapy is after surgery

Interesting video. I also learnt in school that these patients should be isolated (reverse isolation), given neutropenic diet, multivitamins and sometimes granulocyte stimulating factor. Thank you.

Obesity? I have watched at least 500 videos on youtube with stories of people who had colon canser, 99% of then where thin or normal weighted before and when diagnosed? This obesity or overweight factor seems pretty stupid and wage , sorry to said. And i think that counts for all canser- types! The most destrubing thing i see or read are pasients and doctors who are in denial of canser because of age or other lack of risk factor they think matters for having canser. I hear many pasients said, i eat healty i exercise, i can't get canser. Well this have extremely little to do if you will get this disease or not!
