Jonathan - I waited 12 years after a divorce and became a Bible Christian. I raised my 2 children on my own. I finally prayed & asked God to take away any feelings or please send a good man through my front door!!! God sent a man to me from Germany! He walked through the front door of the hotel I managed. We moved to Europe for 20 years, and he became a Christian and we been married 24 years and love Jesus with All Our hearts!! God answers prayers!

I have so much respect for this man. I heard him say at one time that he was broke, hungry, and lonely and needed to pay rent and was depending on God to help. When he returned home he found (l think he said 2) checks that he had just about gave up on ever receiving. Shortly after that he was told about “The Chosen “. I believe he will find the woman who God has chosen for him after he finished his part of the show, and he has refreshed his mind. I'm proud of Jonathan for putting his faith first... After all, this life is short lived and temporary which makes the desire to go to Heaven more important than to find someone.... I'm 59 and I've been there and marriage does not work if your spouse does not have a strong faith in God. I was raised in church all my life and I'm single and have been for awhile because I'm not going to let anyone take God away from me either... I too and waiting for someone who will pray with me because I firmly believe that a couple or a family that prays together, stays together!!! I married for the first time at age 52. No regrets. Our marriage only lasted 17 years because my husband died of sepsis. I am so grateful we were both single when we met, that we shared our love for Jesus, and that God was the 3rd person in our relationship. Every choice I made in cooperation with the Divine will brought me closer to the joy, companionship and delicious intimacy I experienced with my husband. He died 1 1/2 years ago and I have sensed him with me every day. His body died, bit his love is very much alive! His presence with me is the fulfillment of Jesus' promise of everlasting life. I think that Jonathan is single because his faith in god keeps him whole as it does all of true Christians. Singleness is wonderful when you are walking in God's will! If he is to be blessed with a wife, it will happen. God is strengthening his spiritual life so he can have a strong , Godly marriage! As a single woman, God has written my story, and I have found it is so much better than I would have done! God has used my singleness to care for my elders and serve God in various ways, which left me able to serve Him and love those around me. Not everyone will marry if God has a purpose for it. I admire his waiting for someone whom God chooses! God asks us to wait on Him, and in my life I am letting Him write the story! Psalms 37:4 NKJV says to "Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart." and in Matthew 6:32 & 33 NKJV, Jesus tells us "...For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. [33] But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." Clearly you've been seeking God's Kingdom and His Righteousness, and you intend to continue doing so. Trust that our Lord Jesus knows your heart in this and all matters and He will keep His Word, which are also His promises. My prayer is that He bless you with that person who will fulfill the parts of Christ in you that are missing and can only be fulfilled by the right Godly woman who represents the other half of God's very own nature and self within a relationship that leads to a holy marriage union. Whoever He has for you will be worth the wait and worth all the longing, suffering, loneliness, and all the dating challenges and disappointments that you may experience along the way to finding her. May God bring you a bride whom you will be joyful to lead, love, sacrifice yourself for as Christ does for His Church Bride, and may you be blessed to wash her with the water of the Word and present her to yourself as a spotless unblemished holy and precious gift from God. I can't imagine it would be easy to have even a normal relationship while filming a 7 year series. Hopefully when the pressure is off of him, he'll find someone if that is what he seeks.

Jonathan, my guess you playing Jesus in the Movie "The Chosen" was no accident. You were at the right place at the right time, which by the way, God held it just for you. Do you realize how many people you touched? I was even touched, greatly. You see, that part was made with you in mind, anyone can see that. It was a blessing to watch you as our Lord and Savior. Don't put yourself before what God The Holy Ghost had for you to accomplished, it was a bessing to all who watched it. Don't blame your Martial Status on what God had you to do for Him. Please keep your priorities yielded to the Lord without grumbling, least you end up doing more similar movies because your priorities was not the Lord first. That said, as you wait on the Lord, He may be preparing your mate for you. Don't forget, God gives us the desires of our heart and if it takes a little longer, He'll make it up to you. And don't get ahead of Him by helping Him, He doesn't need your help...seriously! Enjoy your singleness while you have it. Focus on Hom and what you can do for him without including yourself.He must remain first in your life, with Him and Him Only, when you can do this, it will usher in the mate He has for you and it will be even better because you put your faithful trust in Him! Never trade your Lord for a mate, it never works, believe me, I'm talking from experience, it won't work out, as He knows where your heart is.😊

This was the best interview I've seen about his personal life. Coincidentally, I saw a photo of him wearing a wedding ring. I believe it was recent. In the photo, there are 3 other people with him, one of whom is an Italian chef. This was on his Instagram stories. Has anyone else seen it?
