I had a January 2014 stroke was three and one half days hospital just over ten years nursing home for also rehabilitation I never got much done for here some care skin cancer was excellent at army hospital fort Hamilton on my face pt gym at nursing home did what for me signs around the building for stroke center I was never ther one second I still can not all a lone myself walk well just me nothing else not 100x sure how to tell anyone how I am november 2008 I had a very close call tho my life was saved from sepsis urin infection now I repeat from hearing several opions on my stroke rehabilition health care who do I believe some say what do I want or say I need operation to fix left arm hand wrist fingers on I pad videos seen excercise doing for this so far no hospital that has seen me will not operate one did not tho said to give me Bo tox injections most days I am in the room by the bed doing very little eating up down from bed four years hardly ever outside world yes out of bed for home activities my cougar senorita one time we went out not our usual five times. A year family forget it one only left in my days because of dads death legal law matters the rest who ever are as good to me as George Washington’s dead body alive or dead your own family relatives brother my senorita cougar is the best see my past comments because of how I live restrictions nursing going out doctors nurse here doing what for me there is not much I can do or try

Just randomly red your comment. I really hope there will be some more positive change in your life. It reads like you could need some positive words. Wish you the best although there is not really anything that a stranger can do for you. Try to get some flexibility and strength back with the videos you find. But before always check with your physician and physiotherapist if they are good to do. Since I don't know your current physical condition. You probably know what is good for you but with wrong exercises also a lot of damage can be done. Maybe algorithm let's me read again here in some years and you hopefully made some progress physically and mentally 😊
