What $300,000 ACTUALLY Gets You in Converse, TX - San Antonio Suburb

We are moving to San Antonio Tx from California. We bought a KB home in Hidden Canyon. We love our home with upgrades we paid $356,000 from $318,000 we have a big yard, compared to no yard in California. We are happy and excited. In California a home like this is $800,000 in our area .

It seems that they're building houses wherever they can find a plot of land. This town is a builder's dream. I don't know how people afford these homes. So I appreciate your videos and all of the local information. Have a nice day.

I moved into a Lennar Durbin home on the east side of SA. I agree with everything you said, it's an overall good home but wish the master bath was a little bigger if anything. I also wish there was an actual back door on the back side of the house instead of a side door in the front half, but I guess it's the best you can get with that floorplan.

Currently building with KB in willow view! I was excited someone finally covered the neighborhood. I agree everything is an upgrade and the patio upgrades aren't worth it. Will be opting for a custom one after the home is completed.

Century Communities & KB homes seem to be alike. But I definitely would appreciate KB more because of the stone finishes. Which century does use, but not the amount KB does. Plus they are upgradable.

Nice video - pretty informative. What’s up with carpet coming back and tubs going out? I mean, thats the opposite in my opinion. I’m a guy so don’t care but my wife sure does. Hey, buy in those neighborhoods and you might have a 🌲 worth anything in 20 yrs.

Yes! That’s been the feedback from buyers and builders that people are opting out not to have a tub and to have a giant master shower.
