02:23 About pronouncing that word, I think that's exactly how it should be pronounced... The lyrics are "In sleep he sang to me" and her wording were perfect, similar to classical British accents. It's not the modern American "s-ea-ng", but a bit more towards an open "ah". Perfect old English.

First heard it as a child at the olympics - still moves me hearing it now. Well worth watching their performance together made for it (sadly he did not live to see '92 itself): kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZrGepWQjtt4qs0

Every time I a so totally stunned by the lack of broad knowledge from american reviewers , not seen any of those spagetti westerns, all with american actors ? are you rasist or so? i mean it is not like you missed some obscure japanses director it was mainstream both in cinema and on tv, not having seen not knowing any of it , either is a lie or you totally living under a little black rock.

For me, Amy's incredibly sweet and angelic vocals are a perfect match to the band's hard 'grungie' music. It's a match made in heaven. God bless our Amy. Nobody else quite like her. ❤ 🙋‍♂ ❤ 🙋‍♂

Not familiar with this popular singer. Perhaps, you might be interested in the beginning of American music upon all subsequent non European opera singers evolved. The first Broadway musical was Show Boat. This set the high bar for everything later. The stand out singer was the legendary Paul Robeson singing Old Man River. The internationally beloved Mama Africa Miriam Makeba singing the original version of Mbube or The Lion Sleeps Tonight is amazing. The sad story of the song writer is relevant.

The Oscar for the best analysis of this title goes to YOU! Outstanding! You were also the first of hundreds to mention the drummer and his very difficult job! I think he plays a snare drum and not a simple tom. 👍👍👍

Wuaooooo... I'm going to write in English because you deserve that respect... Your reaction, honestly, is almost as heartfelt and emotional as this song is. If I'm honest, I'm writing with tears in my eyes, because that's how I am... Emotional. You are very professional but at the same time you let yourself be carried away by the great emotional content that Juan Gabriel emanated in This song. I congratulate you for being so eloquent, for being so specific and for being so kind in all your words and explanation... I am from Venezuela and in my country we love Juan Gabriel madly and all his work. You really do a job that surprises me and makes me proud as a Latino that you, an English-speaking girl, appreciate in this way this beautiful genre like Mariachi. Apart from the fact that Juan Gabriel and his lyrics and his inspiration were, are and will be an "Eternal Love" for all of us who appreciate his music... Thank you for that love and for that interest. 😢😢

David doesn't get enough attention for how talented he is and how great his voice is! And he's not just a singer. He writes a lot of his own songs, does his own arrangements, and sings like an angel.
