I felt that the original owner was very proud about this unique feature. Likewise I felt the responsibility of resurrecting an extraordinary element of architecture. Incredible how many of this elements go almost unseen in a restoration of this calibre, nevertheless the effort and energy that goes into making them functional again can take an unreasonable amount of time and resources. On the other hand i can’t think of another way of making choices, this is me 🙏🙏

I think wise people are looking at how they can improve their future and in doing so, they have come across us 🙏 purchasing the RIGHT property and getting it restored, while you’re on the other side of the world, it is extremely unique ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Another great video. Creative black out electrician. I don't think I would live with that Gap of useless space, other than being a magnet for dirt, dust and dropping something down there. At Video time 6:23 bottom of staircase , I would have made the stairs, wall to wall.

You are probably right, although those stairs have an incredibly symmetry top to bottom and a simple change like the one you are suggesting would have altered that. I often say because I see it in other people restorations, “never sacrifice beauty with practicality’’ 🙏⭐️
