So weird. I ask this when assessing pain from an injury... didn't think to ask for emotions. I love it! So much easier to see where they really are at according to them and helps them to see where they are too. I'll add this to my toolbox - or.... bring it back up since it's always been there but only for certain situations. Thanks Susie!

Today I recorded a guided meditation called “Inner Child Healing meditation for processing Loss” (not the catchiest title I know, but it was my first go at recording a guided meditation for my “inner child healing with LeeSun” group. After recording, I was flooded with self doubt and felt deeply disheartened. Watching this lovely little video now has been incredibly validating and uplifting, as I realised that the guided meditation which i produced today, following my intuition, followed this 5 step process EXACTLY!!! 🤯 the meditation takes nearly half an hour as it guides you through a chat with your inner child, inviting them to first notice what they’re feeling emotionally and where in their body you feel it, then moving on to naming the emotions and sensations, describing them, then asking what’s causing these feelings, and then finally giving your inner child absolutely everything they need and want, whether in words, or holding them in your imagination, and so on. So happy that I’ve seen this just now. I’ll edit the meditation tomorrow and upload it to my group. Thank you so much Susie for being a part of my journey, you are amazing 🙏🏼

Forgot asking others these questions-as an INTJ it can take days (years) to figure out what I’m feeling. Im going to ask myself these!

I got angry with one because I can't answer honestly to 1 especially if it's the usual "what's wring?"
