It was hot that day Lo. So hard to stay up with it. Once you’re behind the curve it’s hard to get back. You battled and did great. As far as Animas. Most underrated trail! My goal is one day you’re going to love it!!! We will all go out in the late spring and find some merve and swerve!

CX is hands-down the most fun I've ever had on a bike. It's just ridiculous and silly and the dumbest thing, and I love it so much. You absolutely crushed it - still being able to run those stadium stairs near the end was EPIC! Way to go!

At the end of the day it doesn't matter unless you had fun. Ive had fun racing for decades and still do on occasion. I race 2 long mtb races every year and a poker run. Those are a blast but just being on the bike at anytime is a blessing. The other day i rode in 6" of snow and even tho it was a bit harder, i still had the time of my life. Great race Lo. Im so glad you enjoyed it and i cant wait to see the next one and like Syd and Macky says " dont forget to be more awesome". 👍👊💪

Lo, so cool that you dipped your toe into the cyclocross pool. Cross is such a blast! Hard but so much fun. Glad you were bitten by the cross bug. Now, learn to bunnyhop the barriers! You can do it!

Cyclocross races are TOUGH....lots of on and off the bike and sometimes stairs.
