Description: This is not a complete mod. A lot of materials are still only using a colormap without any normal / roughness map. -> The mod that was used has almost no proper PBR materials for these levels

These have to be added via the remix toolkit. Each material has to be recreated as a proper PBR material. When there is no proper override, remix will simply show the original colormap

what are all those programs in the background? the console, the camera and the other one? for me its just a alternate launcher that gives no options to do anything, how are we supposed to set where the export goes too?

Well ... that's radiant, the map editor used to create cod maps. The game exports the compiled map as a .map file which can then be opened and edited in the editor. All map exports go to a sub directory in the cod4 directory. Why would you want to choose the export path yourself?

@@xoxor4d thanks for the reply nice to see you are still active and thanks for all the work you put in, sorry for the 50 questions but I'm trying to learn how to get the game assets for 3D fragmovie style stuff in blender or C4D I didn't want to choose the path myself I just presumed you had chosen somewhere specific but that clears it up thanks

@@mcateerdesign That's not the right tool to use for that tho .. There once was a tool called IW3D that did exactly what you want but that's no longer available. 3dRipperDx might be worth looking into?

9.0c was already working before. Its just that most 9.0c games don't use the fixed-function pipeline. CoD4 is only working because I've made the entire render use the ff pipeline instead of shaders .. hence the requirement for my compatibility mod

Nothing is going to be “finished”, someone else will need to come along and create a full fledged asset overhaul. He’s just doing a “tech demo” showcase of sorts.
