I dare to say... thank you sensei. 17 seconds into the vid I realized this was my favorite piece of your work-- the description. Oh by the way I hope the guy I like is into me 😂😂😂

I was lead on for 10 months by a guy two years ago. We didn't date, but it was one of the strongest feelings I've ever had. I said goodbye many times, but I kept on coming back whenever he shows a little bit of affection. How did I get out of that? I looked back to all the times he talked to me for his own convenience. How I lost sleep to comfort him without knowing he's bothered because of another girl. He left out details I should have known. I felt it but wished I was only overthinking. That feeling of betrayal and the audacity to keep on flirting with me after I found out that he's courting someone else for months helped me get through it. I asked him to stop with his meaningless promises but he didn't. The least he could was to show some remaining respect for me as someone he talked overnight to for months but he didn't. So, I ghosted him. 🤷 We shouldn't really like someone like that. I just consider my experience with him as a training session on how to handle my emotions better and to know what I deserve. In fact, I easily ghosted another one after him. 😂 Fortunately, I'm in my first relationship now and he appreciates me more than anything.

I know a guy who is really secretive and mysterious, always rushing off to other plans that he is vague about. He's 55 and has never been married or in a long-term relationship. He loves to go to the gym (but never names any of his gym friends) and also goes on a lot of long weekends and even trips overseas with a guy friend. He briefly had a "girlfriend" but she had a baby from another guy and was supposedly taking advantage of my friend financially. Everyone could see that the relationship was hopeless from the start--and surprise surprise, they broke up.

There is a reason why I remain single and focus on my goals and bettering myself. There are to many dudes that are messed up in the head and I personally would rather be a cat lady than deal with those types.

Omg. A few weeks ago, there was this guy (who I had been friends with like 3 years ago) that I caught staring at me multiple times in one of our classes. Then, a few days later, he texts me, saying that he missed me and our friend group that we used to have before we all split up. He suggested that we do a meet up with these friends and I agreed. We all decided on a day, then, at the last second, he cancelled it!!! We don’t talk in school, which is fair enough, I guess, because we are both socially awkward. But I really miss being friends with him! Also, a few days ago, our teacher was talking to the class about what an equestrian (someone who rides horses if you didn’t know) is. Because we used to be really good friends, he is one of the only people that I know that knows I am an equestrian. While the teacher was talking, I just saw him staring at me…I really want to talk to him, but his friends aren’t the nicest to me and my current friends. Also, I am super socially awkward (as I already mentioned). If I could get any advice from anyone, I would appreciate it ❤

I have a guy friend who is bi, and he will sometimes ask if i want to play a video game with him. Or if one of us cannot sleep, one of us will text each other. Sometimes it feels like he treats me like a boyfriend, but he has a girlfriend.

The guy that I like just says like oh just friends but I like him more than a friend I known him for a year, but we've been online friends for like a year now and we recently just met up in person twice so it's really hard for me to tell if you can respond to this, that would be the best and also it really really cool and very intelligent and thank you for posting this video and yeah, hopefully me and you can meet up in person. I don't know like I don't know anyway thank you.

I have a question. How do males and females bond with each other? I don't see how men and women can bond (especially romantically) with each other. Men and women think very differently from each other. It seems like it's impossible for men and women to emotionally connect with each other. Women do emotionally connect with other women, better than men do. Women can build incredible friendships and become very close to each other in a way men can't bond, and science shows that women can bond very well with each other. Generally, women are even more social than men are. After something bad happens, a woman quickly rushes to talk to all of her female friends to get support, whereas a man can isolate himself and grief alone.

I heard that gay and lesbian couples are happier than straight couples are, and I heard that gay and lesbian relationships are healthier than straight relationships are. The more similar you are to someone, the more easier it is to bond and connect with them. People of the same sex/gender understand each other more easily, and there are no inbuilt societal power imbalances as there are between opposite-sex couples. Gay and lesbian couples understand each other better than straight couples do (due to them being the same gender as each other). I heard that most straight couples are not happy being together, and I heard that people who are straight are much happier and much better off being single than they are being in a romantic relationship.

This has nothing to do with romance, but the concept of "if a man is just being nice." The subject is my half-sister's dad. I felt like he didn't really give me a lot of attention when picking up or dropping off my sister (though I was very little, so what would I remember anyway). Then I stayed over at his and his family's house with my sister for a week or two, when I was eight. Once in the summer, the other in November. I don't know if I asked if I could join my sister, but there's a pretty good chance I did, to invite myself into her family. I even wrote them a letter in 2013 because I missed them so much. Well, when I reunited the dad in 2015 for my sister's college graduation and her wedding in 2019, I felt like he was a little too interactive with me. All peppy and "I'm-a-big-fan-of-John" attitude. It was actually kind of annoying. At my sister's wedding, he commented how good the food looked in line, compared our heights when the conversation about mine came up, and fist-bumped me about some funny joke I must've made (my memory is vague). I don't know, I wonder if he was just embellishing his admiration of me. I tried to be close to him and his family and maybe he was giving me too much "fatherly" affection in response. But maybe because he felt like he had to? If that's the case, I don't want it. It's kind of like going on a pity date with someone. You just don't do that.

I joined a school where I have some old friends there, but i remembered hearing about this gay guy that everybody hated that went to my previous school (before I went there) and I just forgot about that but when I entered my new school this guy started staring at me everyday and a lot, I later found that that was him, and well I too am gay, but well he hangouts with some of my friends from my grade and gets along with them, but then never talks to me, or even avoids me. then after I talked with his ex (a girl bc he needed a gf to find out if he was gay or not or sumtng) and explained he gets really nervous with guys he finds attractive, and can be very quiet, and so this guy which we've both NEVER talked to before, I already knew so much LOL, but well he's like slightly taller than me (im quite small and cute) but he looks attractive to me, but oh well, i don't wanna mess with anything so ill just first see if he ever does introduce himself and get to know him. (this is happening as we speak)
