@@MsNOAH1974 Yea he seems like a good natured person, but honestly thats some unsafe work. There are many ways of removing a bolt that is stuck like that and a pro would not have start hacking away quite like this

@@Al3xTalon Hi, I've read the VFAQ link about the BISS adjustment, but what it says about this is "Use an alligator clip wire on this terminal, clip the other end to ground". It doesn't say how exactly you can ground it and where to connect the other end of the wire. On your video I can't really tell, it seems like it goes under the seat or next to it.

The whine is from the belt being too tight it will also side load the gears and tear up the aluminum and seals to cause further leaks.
