Funny, because my favourite non craft beer here in New Zealand is the stein lager classic. You guys didn’t like it, each to their own. Maybe try the steinlager pure next time ?

Thank you for all the time you've put into putting your videos together. Me and my GF are flying out to NZ from the UK on Friday and we wondered what the craft beer scene was like in NZ. Watching your videos has been amazing and have taken note of plenty of spots to visit on our trip around the country. Thanks again mate. Really appreciate all the effort involved 👍

Emerson’s may have been sold to lion but Richard Emerson still has pretty much full control of what they make. You can get the brewers test beers at the bar in the Dunedin brewery and it’s always something very interesting. I was lucky enough to tour the place when I took the country’s first polytech brewing course and Richard Emerson is one of the best brewers you’ll find, clearly has so much passion for the craft

I cannot agree with you more. Some of the Emerson’s beer that I tried were some of the best in the country and the Kiwi Pilsner will live forever in my tastebuds as one of the best balanced beers in the country 😃👏🍻

Thanks for making a video about grodziskie. I lived in Warsaw for a bit (2014-2015) and hunted these beers down. I eventually tried two different versions by Browar Pinta. The first time drinking one was a mindfuck. 😅 The beer was highly effervescent, but smelled and tasted like smoked ham. It was lightly tart, not sour, and very light. I moved back to California in 2015 and haven't found a good grodziskie since (New Belgium's Lips of Faith Gratzer was horrible).
