This scene right here is why no matter the fantasy setting- No matter what kind of race I can play in any game- I always choose human. 9 times out of 10 the humans are the underdog because of genetics but the fact that they still thrive in worlds where orcs and demons run rampant really says something about humans in fantasy settings.

I always come back to inspire myself when playing on Legendary difficulty as the empire for Total War: Warhammer 3.

Here in 2024 to say this is STILL, the best warhammer fantasy/AOS cinematic GW have ever made. Compare this to the AOS 4th edition trailer the animation is just as good, the blows look heavier it’s more realistic just superior in every way. And that’s not to say the AOS trailer was bad it was fantastic this is just god tier

Sweet Shallya that mace strike to the back of the head at 2:05 knocks the living SIGMAR out of that priest. BONKED his soul right out of his damn body! The ‘Sigmar bless this ravaged body!’ look on his face too! That one’s going straight into the Dammaz-Kron! But then Sigmar DID bless his ravaged body! And it was WHUMP’IN TIME! Still an amazing trailer, needs to be adapted into a new series. Someone send a raven to Lord Cavill, he’s our only hope!

I cant decide, which is the more ridiculous; Tzarina Katarina (mage) or this guy (warrior priest) taking on a Bloodthirster in single combat?

So many years, and this cinematic is still one of the best works of audiovisual and videogame art in the fantasy setting out there.

The year is 2023. This trailer still reigns as a top tier trailer. The mark of chaos marks us all, brother.

Made me wonder why GWS removed Warhammer Old World having such bad-assery factions like The Empire and having other factions like Bretonnians etc...its kinda funny how they say "sons of Sigmar" and yet....the current "fantasy" setting they have is called "Age Of Sigmar"...yet its different from the old Fantasy they used to have...

Honnestly, the men behind the priest are the most brave of all, despite being skinny and knowing they have almost or no chance of winning they charge at them still, that's what's cool about warhammer (and 40K) lore, it's the normal people in the background who fight no matter what, the heroes they are heroes so yeah big deal, but the random peasant fighting that's what's cool and yes i watched that trailer probably 10 times already

Any love for the way the Warriors of Chaos just loom out of the fog? They're not in a hurry, and it shows even in how they fight here...

I will forever remember this trailer. The warrior priest is ingrained into my memories. The hammer sweep 2:02, to breastplate smash is the best move I’ve seen a war hammer wielder use. That sequence is how I imagine Robert Baratheon fighting when I read the books later on, I recalled this exact trailer. Incredible cinematic.
