When you heated the oatmilk for 1.5 minutes, how did it not separate? It always does for me. I even use the same brand.

This method takes far less time to complete the process of salting/brining than any other I've seen online. If it delivers that authentic bacalao flavor I have to wonder why anyone would use any other method. I will give it a try!

A small amount of wine tannin's (found in any brew shop) will suppress the lingering artificial sugar flavor. This was patented by Pepsi in the 1980s

Do you have a non-sweet alternative to this? Americans love putting sugar/sweet things on savoury dishes. Like the bacon and maple syrup thing, which in England is a sin. Would also love to see a herby Butternut squash recipe. I love the look of this dish, though. Looks tasty.

The term "hack" gets used so liberally that I'm now wary of hack videos, but you really gave great value here 👍 I've been cooking for 35 years and learned some great tips! Liked and commenting for the yt algorithm. Cheers from Australia

My trick to "hard-boil" eggs is to place them in the steamer insert that came with my rice cooker, when I'm cooking a batch of white rice (20-ish minutes). At the end of the cycle when the rice is done, so are the eggs.

Feedback: I might have skinned the steaks, made them thinner, and after precooking, might have left them laying flat and poured the spice mixture over the top and put them back in the oven to Glaze.. maybe making the spice mixture a bit thicker... but overall, looks tasty... thanks for the idea...
