Great video Mike. I'm a late comer because I lucked into your channel. Have to tell you how good it is to look over your shoulder and hear your thoughts while you revive these little legends. You're teaching folks with some experience turning wrenches and a love for Mini Hondas; watching you revive another golden 70 striped down to the bone, the rusty but solid 70 you put a Lifen on was most impressive. You're fantastic at what you share freely and a very valuable resource for years to come. Thank you!

Hi Mike, i went to replace the battery in my son's 1991 Honda CT70 and found a huge mouse nest underneath. I am trying to clean it out and in the process found 2 wires that were broken off from who knows where. One is green with a yellow stripe and the other is black they are taped together. Would you know where they come from? TY
@MiniBikeMike

@@devonm7868 Sounds like they are the foot brake switch, for lighting the brake light. Black is 12v power into the switch and green/yellow is the power leaving the switch to the light.

There's an occasional remark, generally speaking, about a grease fitting missing on both clone ct70's you bought Mike. The Honda Swingarm doesn't have one either and by design is stronger than Amigo; did you apply any grease or install a zert? Relieved you weren't hurt!
