I don’t think public shaming has any element of “the best of us” it’s more about projection of group malevolence onto a scapegoat. It’s not just and serves no real positive purpose. If you’ve ever been on the receiving end of public shaming you will know that shame has very few positive effects. There are much better ways of teaching good behaviour!

the best instrument is the CELLO! it is the closest to the human voice of all the instruments, so it can play the most beautiful lyrical melodies, although it can be amazingly virtuosic like the violin (but it sounds better than the violin). And you can play solo cello pieces (bach suites, prokofiev solo cello sonata, piatti caprices). The cello is a perfect instrument for concertos too, it can stand its own against a full orchestra.

I don't think the only issues with vaping is that children are picking it up. It's also that people vape a lot more often than smoke cigarettes. Why this is the case I don't know. It could be because you can vape in more places than smoke such as indoors and the smoke wouldn't bother anyone.

This song feels existential but in the most positive way. At the ending when the horns fade out almost aggressively it feels like it wants to continue to play but is stopped by the duration of the song. I feel like it’s a metaphor for death and how we will all have to face an end, even if we don’t want to.
