Next Level mate Next Level. You had me at hot wings but then I soon realised you didn't make it hot and there were no wings. I was slightly disappointed but thought I will give it a go. I followed your footsteps to a t except I did a big splash of pure hot sauce under the chicken. Best burger I've ever eaten. So so amazing and messy. You nailed it with this one brother.
