I'm so glad you cut the back of the console off for an access panel. When you drilled the hole for the EngiBox I was just thinking "So many shavings, all down in the cracks inside, no way you're going to clean that out from a 3" hole" :D

Hi there. I heard that on helicopters they don’t solder the wires, but instead crimp them with copper tubes to avoid destruction under long-term vibration conditions. however, perhaps this applies to the most critical places. All the best, thanks for the inspiration!

Yes that's correct, perhaps not so important for a homebuilt though. These machines get used very little and usually wont fly higher than a few feet if at all. You can always upgrade the wiring at a later date if it was necessary.

My company, *38 years ago*, built a monitoring, recording, and exceedance warning system, minus the color display, for twin-engine helicopter operations in the North Sea... based on a * 1 MHz clock rate MC6803!* Gee, what took everyone else so long?

Hi I'm from Africa can 150cc motorcycle engine build a mosquito helicopter please help me.
@Ben-Dixey6 ай бұрын
The HP of the engine will decide what weight it can lift. As a basic guide 1hp can generate 12lbs of lift. A 150cc highly tuned 2 stroke could produce 30hp but this wouldn't be a good choice of engine.
@henriquecapetti11643 ай бұрын
Short answer is no, too week to keep sustentation and lift the helicopter, i would recommend you get better components for your engine, at least double its power without doubling its weight. In this way MAYBE it could fly

I’m watching the Hill HX50 build, and the heat treat/shotpeen process necessary for long term transmission gear strength really gives me doubts to the safety of this build.

Le mec te laisse regarder plus de 50 épisodes de fabrication et à la fin quand arrivent les essais il réserve les vidéos pour sa copine un esprit tordu quoi👎👎🖕

Hi, I no longer count on building a helicopter from scratch, I would have enough strength to at least make repairs in the apartment, God how I hate my country.
