Thank you Lazuria for this instructional and motivational workout (enjoyed the music)!! My gym's bodypump canceled last minute so I had to use resistance bands at home - still better than not working out at all!

I took your workout the other day it was great but you supposed to stretch then you start the work out just keep in mind

17.6.2024: My muscles really felt that after a long time of no bodypump. Triceps (10 and 7,5), biceps 10 (wow!), shoulders (3 and 10) chest 12 and 4/3.

Nice for a passive rest! get used to more challenging tracks with Lazfit, but highly useful for those days you want to lower the workload weights.
